This customer ultimately wanted to find out how to reduce employee turnover by having a clear understanding of what would retain them. After collaborating with the client, we came to the realization that by utilizing the Salesforce Einstein Discovery tool, we could identify relevant patterns based on the data the client already had in their possession to achieve their desired outcome.
WE TAILORED OUR SOLUTION
FOR THE CLIENT
After bringing on Einstein Discovery, we took data from the client's applicant tracking system, HR system, and then took into consideration the amount of hours each employee worked from their payroll system. Our solution was based around the goal of increasing the number of hours worked by each employee. Our client knew that the more tenured their employees were, the more successful the business will be.
WE FIT THE CLIENT
After plugging in all of the extracted data, we were able to look at what factors statistically influenced the tenure of the employee. To our team's surprise, variables that we thought would be big influencers in the tenure of the employee turned out to be irrelevant. Things such as education level and age had no impact on tenure. However, our team identified that constant communication with the employee was the biggest influencer of retention for this client.
